His resignation becomes effectiveJuly 3. Dinallo has been superintendenr ofthe state’s Insurance Department sincde 2007. Gov. David Patersoj said Dinallo hasbeen “ a stalwargt advocate for New Yorkers, a trusted advise to me and my administration and a committede public servant.” The governor said he and Dinallo worked closely with the U.S. Treasury the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and otherse in the rescue of financiap servicesgiant . “Under Superintendent Dinallo’s leadership, the departmen effectuated the largest regulatory settlement inthe U.S.
